Regular monthly meetings

There are two meetings each month:

  • A New Practitioners' Meeting

Flexible to meet the needs of those attending: an explorative space to discuss all things person-centred in an open, supportive, non-judgemental environment for those recently qualified.

We are pausing the New & Nearly Qualified Practitioners group over the summer to take stock and plan to be back in September.

We will give updates nearer the time and look forward to seeing you in the autumn.

If you have any questions about the group, please email: hello@stepheelescounselling.com

  • Walking in Community: on the third Saturday of each month; starting at 10am from the Brighton Nature Reserve car park off Warren Road, Woodingdean (BN2 6DT) - see map below. The next walk will be on 20th June, at the usual time of 10:00am.

Please contact Chris before attending (aihpos58@gmail.com). You won't be turned away if you turn up without making contact in advance. If, however, we don't know that you're coming, we may miss you at the rendez-vous point. (See map below.)

Times and Cost

The New Practitioners' Meeting Full details will follow before the group re-launches in September.

Walking in Community runs from 10am, usually for around an hour. This meeting is free.

Reading group

The reading and discussion group consists of members of the Person-Centered Community who meet every two months or so to discuss an article or chapter of a book that's usually linked to the person-centered approach.

We normally meet in a member's house in Lewes; and there is an option to join in online.

You are very welcome to join this group, but it is not a drop-in. If you are interested in joining this group please email Geraldine Pass: geraldinem1264@gmail.com.
